How delivery works
Your download link is sent to the email address you provide at checkout, immediately after your payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped, so no shipping address or shipping fee is required.
If your link hasn't arrived within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder first.
Problems with your download
While we don't issue refunds, we do want you to receive what you paid for. Contact us if:

- Your download link isn't working
- You received the wrong file
- The file is corrupted or won't open
We'll resend or repair your file as quickly as we can.
